Video of SF Bay Auto-X... X5 almost flipped (MORE) (archive)

At last Sunday's Golden Gate BMWCCA autocross held at 3com park, an X5 almost flipped over. The driver and his son were ok, but his wife had a sprained back (It was up on 2 wheels, but he got it back down) 911 was called, and a fire truck, a paramedic, and a police car all showed up. After the family checked out OK, the Fire Engine starts DRIVING THE COURSE!!! A few minutes later, the Ambulance starts driving the course!!! Next, you guessed it... the Police Car goes at it!!! (Word has it that the fire truck and ambulance burned dually rubber and didn't knock a single cone down, while the cop took out a whole bunch of them on the backstretch).

P.S. Reason was determined that the X5 had too low of tire pressure, and the rim caught the pavement. Must have picked up a screw post-checkout.
