I asked my cleint advisor to check the alignment before I took delivery of my X5. He had it checked by the service department, and said it was within spec. I can understand the hesitation in the dealership wanting to raise the beams beyond what is written in their procedures. Too many opportunities to mis-apply the great lighting produced by the Xenons if they are aimed too high. Many a tricked out Honda or Acura out here in Hawaii with their lighting systems up way too high, but these guys are road racing at 100mph plus.
