In other words if like me u were between an X5 and a 5 series sportswagon the SP is a must for the car to meet your handling taste.

Others who were between the X5 and the ML or the RX300 probably like the Non-SP since it offers softer ride and more snow/off road ability...

The stereo was not on my priority list and i liked the std, but if it were my 1200 i would go after market too.
