I bet you reverse to a stop and immediately turn your car off when the right mirror "fogets" it's setting. When you back and park, sometimes you turn the car off before the right "dipped" mirror can return to it's normal position. It remembers this incorrect position the next time you start the car. Let the mirror readjust to proper position after reversing and before turning the car off, or disable the dipping mirror function as I have done.

The wind whistle on mine was coming from the driver's front wiper (with the wind-deflector). Just pick it up, or move it and the noise disappears...it sometimes gets in a whistling position. The other whistle comes from the vertical crease on the outside mirror that allows it to swing in on narrow roads and for car washes. Wind whistles sometimes through this, and you can hold your hand over it while driving to see if it stops.

Push the center console from the rear forward to see if that makes it easier to adjust.
