Has anyone seen these quirks that I have seen on my new x5 4.4?

1 - filled up gas tank and the fuel meter did not move, drove it twenty miles and its up to half full and still going up. It correlates with the computer miles remaining on the dash

2. winshield fluid does not work even though it is full

3. check engine oil level which was full when I checked, this has been talke about before

4. trunk lid open.. talked about before

This is a great car and the drive is great but these quirks are really buggin me......

guess I will call them tomorrow
