All of those should have fixes. Take it to you dealer with a list of all that is acting up. Personally, I have had no problems with my 2001 3.0i and I have nearly 11,000 miles now.
If dealer can't fix after two trys, report problems and who your dealer is to BMW through the owner's circle.
