Without running boards:
front # 82 16 0 004 466

With running boards:
front # 82 16 0 004 467

Rear # 82 16 0 017 252

Fronts and rears are $58.00/pair. you will need to drill one hole in the plastic rocker trim behind the front wheel. A template is provided. Other screws attach to fender liners. See my note to Digi regarding a message to astuart52 on install ideas. Let me know if you need more info.
