The X5 3.0 has stalled 5 times in the last two days , in heavy traffic and in starting a tight turn. The "air mass sensor" was replaced previously, obviously to no avail..there was also an adjustment made to the RPM...still it stalls, it even stalled as I was driving it into the repair bay at the dealer.

What am I supposed to do, the dealer in Toronto , Town & Country cannot seem to fix it,...I am afraid that the X5 will stall and cause an accident..in which case,BMW Canada, every technician who has worked on car, the salesman and the owner of dealership, will be dragged into a very expensive, lengthy, embarrassin lawsuit.. I am sick of this, I have never had a car do this..I think a dozen or so notices to respond/appear in front of a discovery of fact would get their attention. Perhaps BMW Canada could break my lease and save themselves the hassle..or just replace it with one that isn't going to get me or family injured / killed by a problem they refuse to fix correctly.

I am venting here, I apologize, but if they cannot fix it my new hobbie will be watching Town & Country employees throw money at their lawyers ( I get my legal work done for free) until they fix this known and extremely dangerous problem with my car...
