I doubt there'll be any paint damage but it won't necessarily look pretty, especially if you have a dark colour. I also use Griots products but had a similar problem just now; While using the Undercarriage Spray, the wind picked up the residue and covered the paintwork. So now I have to use Speed Shine to remove the mess. If not removed it'll attract more dirt.
