and I feel it is not with the X5, but with some poor dealer service, BMWNA lack of involvement, and general lack of communication among the dealers, BMWNA and the customer. BMW and the dealers need to be agressive at solving customer problems, and it sure seems they don't care. They should do this for any customer, but someone like you with a long BMW relationship and several cars owned, well...there is no excuse. I will be amazed if BMWNA doesn't resolve this issue quickly. Please keep us all informed.
