not real Xenon bulbs. They just change the color to more of a blue than a yellow to "look" like the color produced by the Xenon lights. Are these the bulbs you are talking about, because there are some issues with the running lights (which are also the high beams) being true Xenon. Xenon usually takes several seconds to illuminate properly, so "flashing" or using the light-horn is not practical with a tru Xenon -- also, I dounbt you found any that can be bought for $50 each.
