that I read about several months back that is targeting SUV's, mainly the big mamas like the Suburbans, Expeditions, etc. Can't remember their ID but I vaguely recall something about "SUV Taggers" and they were recruiting new members on that website. As long as they don't do damage to the car, best thing to do would be to recycle their note! LOL.
