Demand here in Toronto doesn't seem too high either. ! So anyone hear what they might do to the facelifted 2002 X5's ?? Like the one's with the new 745 engine.. I heard somehwere that 2002 sept production x5 4.4's will have another 20 hp. Anyone hear that ?

I hate all this speculation, I personally have a deposit on a x5 4.6 too - why doesn't BMW make up their mind and let people know. Its already JULY !
