After visiting numerous dealers in the NYC area, the best
offer I got was MSRP less $500.00. It pains me to pay MSRP for any car. I don't need the car until early Nov, so I figure it makes sense to wait. I would appreciate any thoughts or opinions if I should I hold out or just bite the bullet.

My broker was giving me about $4500 off Canadian for a 2001 3.0 sport. I don't think there would be much of a difference if I was buying a 2002. So I think you should try to keep looking, trust me they can do alot better. Don't let them suck you in the free key chain and cap offer! Good luck.
