Hey man, I don't want to start arguments or whatever, but that buzz noise that you mentioned, I think I have that in my dad's '95 740i. I know what you mean, it drives me crazy too. I thought I was the only one who could hear it, now that I know someone else has heard before, I think I will bring that up next time it is in for service. I am so glad my X5 doesn't have that (it might actually have it, but it would be drowned out by other sounds), it is the most annoying thing ever. EVER.
