and your build dates are outside of the recall parameters, 12/00 - 4/01, please append. I'm starting to piss of the folks at the Owners Circle email account and I need some more ammo. If these folks don't come clean, I'm going to pursue government intervention. This issue can result in serious personal and property damage. I wonder if BMW will be like Ford and wait for someone to die before they take this serious.

My vehicle was built the week of June 18 and delivered to the dealer June 25. My VIN# did not match the VIN's on the recall list well guess what take a look at the link to find out what happend to me.
