the damage that occured when in transit. Or for that matter, no record. This has happened to me twice. The dealer claimed no body damage was done to a new 325is I purchased in 93'. There was still tape in the wheel well housing and overspray on the front glass corner(front fender repainted). After extensive reseach, the dealer was unable to track "any" history of damage.
