X5 brakes are already superb, and I doubt the added ventilation will make a noticable effect on the street, but...

If you can't find them, any compenent machine/speed/race shop with a milling machine and an indexed head should be able to do this.

The vent holes are drilled radially from the outside, in 4 or 5 rows staggered about 5deg apart. Depends on the rotor radius, the casting/forging and the internal vent pattern in the rotor.

Proceed at your own risk and dont be surprised if they ask you to sign a waiver/release.
