sunroof rattle and shaking passenger seat (archive)

my sunroof rattles when it's closed and the shade is open. but when the sunroof is open or when the shade is closed. the rattle is gone. im hestant to have it checked my dealer cause im afraid they might make it even worse.
also the passenger seat shakes seriously sometimes at high speeds.. not always but once in awhile when i look at the passenger seat(when not occupied) IT Shakes like hell. has anyone experience these two problmes?
