Thanks for the URL - I'm looking for even more detail - I know voice module is manufactured by TEMIC and I've contacted their engineers for module pinout. On the blue connector harness, can you tell me if there are 26 wires running into it and if the wiring harness is tied to the CPT8000 harness? BMW is really good at unique color coding wiring - if someone can describe wiring color coding we can tie back to specific signals routed through car. Latest from BMWNA is that now a retro blue connector harness for pre-1/00 builds coming out in September (but this date has been slipping since beginning of year). The jumper block on non-installed modules indicates module in series with existing NAV/phone TCU. Deduction infers that unit must have power, ground, mic (2-3 signals), I-bus I/F, audio out (either to stereo or hands-free phone speaker (2-4 signals). I've got the TDD, ETK, and TIS on the way to see if there's any info there...
