Rich was the salesman I worked with. A no BS kind of guy, but you need to know what price you want. As far as service, I was really impressed when the service manager over the phone made an appointment for me to have my aux fan replaced without first having looked at my car or even seen me face to face. This was very early on with the recall. My X5 was supposedly not affected, etc. etc. He just believed me that there was a problem, didn't question me, and fixed it. Nothing at all to complain about so far. I get a BMW 3 series as a loaner, also.
