If the dealer has a link on its website that says "Find out what your car is worth" and then offers $3000 less than that quote... then they shouldn't offer that feature on their website if they don't even come close to it.

The condition of the car has alot to do with it. Tires, paint, engine leaking oil, interior leather cracked. KBB has 4 different ratings which can vary your value.
