Not 100% certain, but I don't believe the upgraded (or base, for that matter) stereo is Harmon Kardon. IMHO, it's not worth the extra $1,200. I'm all for paying that amount if it's worth it, but I didn't think so. The upgraded subs are kinda weak, I don't think the base system sounds bad, although I would like to upgrade with an amp/sub when I find out of a good setup that doesn't involve hacking up the car.

Your package, otherwise, sounds great (again, IMHO). Might want to ask another board member on 19" wheels/sport if you plan to do any snow driving.

My only regret with my X5 is not getting xenons, but really no biggie.
