This would be so outrageous if it was true, BMW should have there ass sued off, and I would join in a class action suit that no X5 could be determined to be safe by the manufacturer. THERE IS NO EXCUSE, BMW, IF THIS IS TRUE. BMW would have no more of my trust or respect. Complete incompetence and failure to accurately correct a dangerous safety issue after many months.
