Re: heated seats, etc... (archive)

Did not get the heated seats as I'm in S Cal and the coldest it gets in winter is down to the 40's. Passed on the upgraded stereo as well as I couldn't see spending 1K on that...tested the CD player and felt the sound was sufficient with the standard stereo. Decided that I could use the 1K better elsewhere. Got the 18" wheels that came standard with the '01 3.0SP. Hope this helps. Get a fire extinguisher too, BTW...picked one up at Home Depot for cars. Car drives great.

Did you get heated Seats or the upgraded HK Stereo, trying to decide on these options?

Also going to for the 19" Y Shaped Alloys, very cool looking. Did you get these?

The steering wheel is 3-spoked for the SP. Also, the sport seats were an extra option for '01 but cannot vouch for '02...look at last week's option lists to check. I have the SP (with standard seats) and love the way it handles; the ride is not harsh, just firm with no jiggling!

I am planning on ordering the Sport Package. Is the Steering Wheel 4 or 3 spoked? I assume the Sport Seats are included also.
