The back seats accept rear facing child seats and have strong tie down hooks.

The 2002 has an adjustable suspension like Range Rovers, but can't be had with sport package.

Going from an Expedition to either an X5 or ML you will lose quite a bit of cargo space. Accually the ML has more than the X5, but the X5 (in my opinion) has more passenger space, a better ride and better build quality.
