I got my 4.4 sport from Manny Glantz at Park Ave.
He's very attentive, straightup, and genuinely a nice guy.

I'm not so sure about the service dept there, though. It took me two weeks to get an appointment and now I have to wait until Oct for them to install the parts that already came in 2 days after the first service visit in order to actually fix the problems.
The loaner I got was a Ford Contour with an interior that smelled like a combo of mold and urine.


I am in the market for a new 2002 X5 and I was wondering if any of you have any recommendations in dealers who treated you right. Any suggestions welcome, along with names of salesman.
