It means that the ride is stiffer than the non-SP. Ride quality is very subjective. If you want sharper handling you have to trade that for some comfort.
Are the SP tires good in the snow?
I've driven in heavy snow with my 19's and although you can do it, things get interesting when you have to brake. The best option is to get some snow tyres, preferably on another set of wheels.
Also some of the things on the SP like sport suspension and sport steering wheel and antracite head liner... what are these things and what would be the difference if i did not get the SP thanks!!
Sports suspension is comprised of stiffer shocks and springs, larger diameter low profile tyres and stiffer anti-roll bars. The sports steering wheel can be seen in the link. Basically it replaces the 4 spoke wheel you get in the non-SP. The anthracite headliner refers to its colour. If you don't get the SP you'll miss all of the above plus the titanium coloured lower grill insert in the bumper, clear lenses, black-chrome exhaust tips, shaddow line trim (4.4i) and of course the larger diameter wheels. IMO, the SP really makes the X the ultimate SAV. There are a lot of items in the SP that make it worthwhile to me. But then as I said, ride quality means different things to different people. Drive it for yourself before you commit.
