I did not order the integrated cell phone... although I REALLY want this is my new X5. The reason though, is I already have the V series and there's no way I want to downgrade to the startac series. BMW will not get my 'phone' business until they come up to speed with current technology and phone options. If they offered the small V series or better, I would get it. But I also want the option to upgrade the phone in the future as better models come out... without having to redo the entire system in the car. I wish they'd have a better standard.
