their system offers two call forwarding features. One is immediate call forwarding, which works much the same as your home phone if you have that option, and is reached by dialing *72 + the number you wish to forward to. The No Answer Transfer is activated by dialing *71 + the number you wish to forward to (after 3-4 rings allowing you to answer or not answer, or quicker than that, if the first phone is turned off).
