This should be a standard safety feature on every car. BMW is always touting safety, yet they do not have this feature. I am glad you can change your own tire and can see the traffic out your car. Pretty macho-ignorant viewpoint. I hope you are never in a single car crash alone and injured on a deserted road and can't call for help. This system would save your ass.

I have taken a few driving schools so I know how to drive well. If your that insecure about what will happen to you while you drive buy a volvo. BMW will always be great long after the status seeks are gone. P.S. driving was safe long after the onstar crap came along.
