im not complaining about the service they have been great i used 2 different BMW dealers in DC area. They fixed all but the cargo rattle, The rattle has been reduced but still exists. Yes The service can get it fixed but this is ridiculous, why are BMWs so poorly built? i remember riding a friends Yugo back in early 90s and it didn't rattle as much as my X5.
how did they fix the steering wheel rattle and are there any way to fix the rattling from CD cover?
im sure the service can get them fixed but this is just annoying for a $49K Car!
shame on BMW.

you are tied to this dealer because of geography, insist on a visit from a BMW field engineer to help solve the problems. I know for sure that the steering wheel groaning and the issues with seat belts are known problems that other people have had fixed. Your dealer is dropping the ball.
