NAV-TV.com or something (one of the board's sponsors) offers a conversion kit for the US Navigation system that has the Eurpoean TV system WITHOUT the safety function where it turns off while the car is in motion. I think that one fits in the compartment with the navigation system. Otherwise, the only other TV system I have seen is my friend's who has it inside the center console with two TV screens in the headrests.


The video entertainment systems seams to take up quite a lot of space both in the cargo area and in the roof of the back seat. Any opinion/feedback from you who have a system installed?

Reading through the German BMW site they tout TV capabilities both on the Navigation System and the rear entertainment system. Is this something special for the European configurations?
