My advice would be to find another dealer. No one should be paying MSRP for an X5 4.4. 2002!

The market is softening everyday and if I were you I would call around.

Thats my opinion. I just bought 2 bmw's, paid Msrp on my M3 and got a nice discount on my 2002 X5 4.4 loaded.

I have the chance to buy a 2002 4.4 with all except sport package...msrp is 56,735...dealer is not budging on sticker...and I'm having a hard time locating similar colors in the Washington/Baltimore area. Should I bite the bullet or seek a better deal? By the way dealer is BMW of Towson. There were several other interested parties in the vehicle so I suppose the dealer has every right to get the most out of it. Just hate the thought of 2-4 grand left on the table.
