possible for 19's to work in winter w/ right tire? (archive)

I am budget concious, but would like to upgrade to 19's that I can use year round or possibly the 20's from the 4.6, but to make my money back want to sell my 18's. Can anyone suggest a tire that would work on 19's in the snow as well as year round?
