Not such a good record. The X5 has an auto-start feature. You turn the key and release, and the car starts itself. Occassionally it does not. It has always started on the second attempt for me. The X5 has much technology and it is all intertwined. There needs to be a big red reset button on the dash to reset all the software. The emergency flashers flash for no reason, no sound comes out of the radio, memory settings have alzheimers sometimes, etc. Almost always just a reset, restart, toggle off-on, or get the hammer out, and everything is back to "normal". She's got a personality, and there is no explaining her behaviour sometimes. She does bring smiles to your face whenever driving her, however.
