The big reason that your dealer isn't budging on the price is that they know that there isn't another steel gray/black leather interior X5 in the area with the same list of equipment that is on the one that they have in inventory.

If you are willing to order your X5 to your exact specs and thus wait a few weeks there are many dealers in the area who I am sure would be happy to take your order at less than MSRP. I know we would.
