The only drawback about this, is that there is no picture whilst car is in motion. I have tried all the "cheats" for this that I have seen, but none actually work on my model !
I was also interested in the Entertainment system, and actually saw one being fitted at my local dealer the other day. This system has a 9.5" (I think) Sony screen which folds down from the roof and is on a ball type joint for adjustment.
This is very neat, and doesn't really effect space, also you get 2 pairs of infra red headphones, and a PS1 as well.
In the pack you can have either a DVD and PS1, or a VHS Video and PS1 (No plans at the mo for a PS2 as Sony have not approved it for use in-car yet)
In my opinion there are two drawbacks, firstly it does take up rather a large space in the boot, the box mounts on the back of the smaller rear seat piece. Secondly it's very expensive (in the UK you're looking at around £3K) most of the cost seems to be the fitting, as they have to pretty much strip the rear of the car to cable and mount everything.
I have not actually seen it working so I cannot comment on it's performance, however the dealer did say that the TV reception whilst on the move may not be fantastic (I guess it can be pretty bad in certain areas, although I don't know what it would be like in the US).
Sorry for the length of text, hope it helps....
