I drove both;fwiw,w/a test drive. Mine came w/mr.I like the light through the glass. It does not let much air in or out,when open or tilted,imo. The weight ques. is academic,imo. And,thus far,no wind noise leaks. The road noise seemed no diff on the short test drive. The x5 makes its' own road noise. My 2cents.BR,md
