I plug this dealership like anything. Specifically Mark Gianchiglia at (732) 985 4575, who I've bought many cars from and send all my friends to also. They are currently expanding their service department to be quicker than everybody else. The loaner cars are usually Mazda 626s b/c Open Rd owns a Mazda dealership in the area, although, I always get a BMW loaner. Feel free to e-mail me if you have more specific questions.
