missing stuff on new 4.4i (archive)

Went over my new '01 4.4i/No Packages last weekend with a fine toothed comb. Even read the manual - every page. Anyway, I only found two missing things and one anomoly.

Missing: all four valve stem caps. Were they special logoed caps or just plain ole black?

Also missing: First aid kit under the seat. Should I have one?

Anomoly: The owners manual and the VHS tape clearly show options that are only available on the 2002 - rear seat adjusters for example, and there is no year specified on the owners manual cover. My build date is 09/2001 - probably one of the last off the line.
