airbags and type -- it shows a pillow in the door for the rear. For the rear, it shows the same notation type as the front for HPS.

On 2002 models with option code 261(Rear airbag+rear HPS) is the rear HPS a tube like in the front or is it a square piilow thing that comes down from the headliner as shown on page 59 of the 2001 5-series sedan brochure. I always thought it was another tube-like airbag as used in the front but today I was going through my BMW brochure and saw this. Isn't this "pillow" airbag worse that the normal HPS in the front. Please only answer if you know the answer. Thanks
