Pros:
-slightly better handling
-cosmetic upgrades

Cons:
-harsher ride, especially for rear passengers
-poorer winter performance due to wider wheels/tires
-can't have heated steering wheel with the SP
-self-leveling rear suspension might not be as reliable as the regular suspension in the long run
