i seem to have a similar problem. and it doesn't happen all the time. i think it takes time for the system to relearn the new seat positions.
At first my key memory seemed to have life of its own.... tried in vain following manuals advice ( pos #1 or #2 etc , etc) to program my choices.... went to the dealer service had just left (sat) and hotshot sales people looked dumb and dumber.... Then tried some variations on a theme with car running and my choices made hit unlock (arrow) on remote twice....seemed to do the trick...dumb luck or factual resolve? any hints would help
