Yeah, no sales tax and got it at Bert Ogden BMW in McAllen, TX. It's a special offer from BMWFS limited to the state of Texas and on X5 3.0 leases only. BMW waives the sales tax on the vehicle. They also offer a special lease rate. It's a great deal if you are looking for a lease.
