push bar and tow hitch (archive)

how much does it cost to install the push bar I am seeing on a lot of X5's.. It's the small one that only goes 1/2 way up. (how much for parts and installiation)

Also, how much does the tow package cost. I have a 4.4 and am going to be towing a trailer and car. How much does the package cost and the installation.
