Hey, I have a 3.0 with manual transmission. Anyone else out there with a manual?

I find the clutch/trans really hard to drive smoothly. I have brought it to the dealer 2 times and each time they say "its a hydraulic clutch" yet they tinker with it and it is easier to drive it smoothly for a week or so...

Anyone else having issues?
