After putting about 800 miles on my 20" BMW 4.6 wheels and tires, (I have a 3.0)I decided it needed an alignment because something just felt wrong in the way the car was tracking. Plus, I did'nt want to ruin these expensive tires. I realize that BMW's have a slight neg. camber, but it seemed way too neg. on my X5 after installing these wheels.
The "before" readings on my wheels were:
Front Wheels
Camber-Left -.1 Deg., Right -0.1 Deg.,
Caster-Left 7.2 Deg., Right 6.5 Deg.
Toe - Left .05 Inch, Right .20 Inch, Total .24 Inch
Set Back .02 Deg.

Rear Wheels
Camber-Left -2.7 Deg., Right -2.7 Deg.
Toe, Left .14 Inch, Right.14 Inch, Total .28 Inch
Thrust Angle .00 Deg.
------------------------------------
The "after" reading were:
Front Wheels
Camber-Left -.1 Deg., Right -.1 Deg.
Caster-Left 7.2 Deg., Right 6.5 Deg.
Toe-Left .06 Inch, Right .05 Inch, Total .11 Inch
Set Back .07 Deg.

Rear Wheels
Camber-Left -1.2 Deg., Right -1.1 Deg.
Toe-Left .10 Inch, Right .13 Inch, Total .23 Inch
Thrust Angle -.03 Deg.

The X5 feel like it's tracking much better and the rear wheel camber is less severe.
