Can I add xenon headlights to used X5 (archive)

I'm scanning the used car classifieds for X5s, and I've found a few that are close to what I'd like, but in each instance the car doesn't have xenon headlights. I have them on my '99 E46 sedan, and I'd be somewhat reluctant to buy a high-dollar car that DOESN'T have them.

Can I buy them and install them in a uxed X5?
