Need Help! Unbalance bumper or tailgate!! (archive)

I have found out my three weeks old X5 got unbalance bumper or tailgate last Saturday. The right side gap between tailgate and bumper is larger that left side. Can anybody suggetst me how to deal with dealer in this kind of situation??
